ALL AROUND FITNESS SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
Scheduling and Fees:
All Around Fitness, in consideration of the service provided herein, agrees to perform repair service with respect to the equipment specified on the reverse side of this page. Equipment service will consist of the following: client in need of service contacts All Around Fitness during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. After this request, All Around Fitness will schedule an appointment with the client and perform necessary service, and /or replace necessary parts as requested by the client.
Client is required to compensate All Around Fitness for the following:

  1. Parts used to repair client’s equipment.
  2. Labor hours spent repairing client’s equipment.
  3. Shipping and handling or freight charges for getting the part from manufacturer or part distributor’s location.
  4. Travel.
  5. Weekends, holidays and after business hour services are billed at the rate of 1.5 times higher than our regular rates.

All Around Fitness has an upfront pricing policy which means that we will provide the client with an estimate prior to proceeding with the repair or maintenance.  If a job takes longer than anticipated by All Around Fitness due to unforeseen reasons (rusted parts, additional broken components, etc.), client will be notified of any additional fees associated with the job prior to commencement.  (Example: a replacement of belt and deck on most models of treadmills takes only 1 hour.  If after removing the old parts we discover that the shock absorbers that normally do not wear out too frequently are worn due to use, the repair and replacement of the shock absorbers will require additional parts and labor time. Since the shock absorbers are not a commonly used part, we may even have to order the part and return a second time to repair the treadmill. These additional visits and parts are estimated, and once the charges are approved by the client, the charges are billable to the client.)

Note: Due to ever rising and unpredictable gas prices, there may be a surcharge of up to $5 added to each visit.

Parts & Equipment Order Processing:
All Around Fitness processes and places every order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
The method of shipment of the part ordered is at the client’s discretion and expense.
Special Part or Equipment or Electronic Parts Orders: Special orders require a 100% deposit and are non-refundable.

Other Part Order Returns: There is a 20% restocking fee for all part returns unless other arrangements have been made in writing at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling and freight are not refundable.  Any labor or travel charges associated with the returning of items, including assembly/disassembly of equipment and/or part, are non-refundable.
Diagnostics & Service: 
Minimum inspection charge covers disassembly, testing, diagnosis, and/or reassembly of the portion of the fitness equipment being checked, provided that the inspection/diagnosis does not take more than 60 minutes. All Around Fitness diagnostics fees are calculated in ½ hour increments after the first hour.

If after diagnosing the problem All Around Fitness has to return to finish the repair due to unavailability of the part at time of service, it is our policy to collect the following fees:   

  1. Parts cost.
  2. Estimated Shipping and handling fees or freight cost.

The remaining diagnostics, installation, and travel fee will be due upon completion of service.

If the client, after diagnostics, decides not to repair the equipment while fitness equipment is disassembled for purpose of this inspection and/or diagnosis, the client is responsible for the following fees:

  1. Labor Fee for diagnostics.
  2. Labor Fee for reassembly (if reassembly was requested or required).
  3. Travel.

It is understood that the listed equipment is in good condition, and charges for parts and labor required to place the equipment in such condition will be invoiced to the client.
Important Note: Labor cost does not include parts or freight charges.

Manufacturer’s Warranties and Guarantees:
Each product has its own warranty and the warranty is covered and administered by the manufacturer. Every warranty is different and we urge our clients to review their warranty information card or booklet carefully. All Around Fitness will gladly remove the defective part and forward it to the manufacturer for inspections and possibly repair or replacement (depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms).  All Around Fitness is not responsible for the cost the client has to endure in order to replace the defective part, even if part is under warranty, such as labor or freight cost to send the part back to the manufacturer, unless this cost is reimbursed by the manufacturer. All Around Fitness is not a manufacturer and All Around Fitness is not responsible for the defects and workmanship of any products sold or repaired by All Around Fitness.
All Around Fitness Warranties and Guarantees:
All Around Fitness only guarantees the installation of the part. If the installed part was damaged by us or by the way we installed the part, All Around Fitness will replace the damaged part and perform necessary repairs to remedy the situation.  Our installation warranty period is good for 90 days from the date of installation.
All Around Fitness is not responsible for the following situations:

  1. Product that has been damaged during shipment from the manufacturer or the parts supplier.
  2. Delay caused in receiving parts from the manufacturer due to wrong part sent by the manufacturer. 
  3. Any fees associated with trying to remedy the wrong part or defective part sent by the manufacturer. 

(These fees may include fees such as shipping and handling, or freight charges, or restocking fees, or labor fees.  Note: Labor and travel fees for a return visit will only be invoiced to the client if the technician has already arrived at the client’s location, and then notices that the part sent by the manufacturer is defective, damaged, or wrong.)

  1. All Around Fitness does not guarantee work done by any other technicians other than authorized All Around Fitness Representatives.
  2. Applicable core charges will be added to the quoted prices when client requests return of replaced item(s) or if item(s) removed from fitness equipment is (are) not suitable for remanufacture. In the latter case All Around Fitness will return the damaged and non-repairable parts to the client if requested by client in writing. The manufacturer may charge a freight fee to send the damaged part back and the client is responsible for the shipping fee.
  3. All Around Fitness is not responsible for unavailability of parts or delay in parts shipment beyond All Around Fitness’ control.
  4. This agreement does not cover service, repair or parts necessary due to accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, theft, vandalism, power problems, alteration, fire, water, or other casualty acts of omissions in performance or repairs or service by Non-All Around Fitness personnel or the improper use of supplies or tools or the part/equipment itself.
